French Heirloom variety with ivory white skinned eggplant with elongated fruits up to 16-18 cm long. The flesh of this eggplant is snow white, with succulent mushroom like flavour. Even in cooler areas it will provide you with lots of fruit.
Adaptable to most good garden soils that is well composted and free draining. Requires full sun and a long growing season. Perennial in the tropics but generally grown as an annual in temperate zones.

Sow direct or grow in trays of a good seed raising mix and transplant when 6-7cm tall.
