Marjoram has a milder flavour than its cousin oregano, but it's just as useful in the kitchen.
Attractive grey green leaves and spikes of tiny white or pale pink flowers.

Use fresh or died.

Adaptable to most good garden soils that are well-drained, prefers a sunny position, frost tolerant but drought tender.

Tropical: All Seasons. 
Temperate: Late Winter to Late Summer.
Cold: Spring to Late Summer.

Sow: 5mm deep.
Sow direct or in pots or trays of a good seed raising mix and transplant when 6-7cm tall.
Germination: 8-10 days.
Plant space: 50cm
Row space: 50cm
Maturity: 8-12 weeks
