A compact Swiss chard with dark green leaves and strong magenta coloured stems and ribs. Although small, it still has that rich chard flavour.
A very ornamental variety that is ideal for container gardens and looks great in either a herb garden or mixed with flowering annuals.
Adaptable to most well-drained garden soils, prefers an open sunny position.

Sow: 10mm deep.
Sow direct or in trays of a quality seed raising mix and transplant when 5-6cm tall.

Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants. Pick leaves continuously to promote new growth.
